MANILA, Philippines — The National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) on Monday said it was set to subpoena Vice President Sara Duterte over her threats to have President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. and first lady Liza Araneta-Marcos killed.
In a briefing in Malacañang, NBI Director Jaime Santiago said they will serve the subpoena at the soonest possible time and Duterte shall have five days to appear before the agency to air her side.
