MANILA, Philippines — A graduate of the University of Santo Tomas (UST) topped the Occupational Therapist Licensure Exam (OTLE), whose results were announced on Tuesday.
With a score of 87.20 percent, Cesar Joseph Pulmano Lim topped the exam, with seven other UST graduates joining him in the top 10.
