China’s monster ship moves closer to PH shores – PCG

MANILA, Philippines — Chinese Coast Guard’s largest vessel, CCG 5901, dubbed “The Monster,” has moved alarmingly close to Philippine shores, the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) said.

On Monday, the vessel was spotted 67 nautical miles off the coast of Zambales, well within the country’s Exclusive Economic Zone (EEZ).
