Reaffirming its pride as the “Fishing Capital of the Philippines,” the Navotas City government honored the Top 10 Most Outstanding Fisherfolk in celebration of the 119th Navotas City Day.
Mayor John Rey Tiangco on Monday led other key officials, including his brother Rep. Tobias Tiangco, in recognizing the fishermen “whose dedication and resilience have sustained generations and propelled the city’s progress.”
