MANILA, Philippines — The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) on Friday forecast a storm-free weekend but with isolated and scattered downpours.
Weather specialist Benison Estareja, in a 5 a.m. briefing, said three weather systems – shear line, easterlies and the northeast monsoon or “amihan” have been affecting most parts of the country.
