MANILA, Philippines — The Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) on Tuesday cautioned the public and those who wished to work overseas to be mindful of a scheme victimizing overseas Filipino workers.
“The DMW is once again reminding the public about the widespread ‘cross-country’ or ‘third-country’ recruitment schemes online that are victimizing many Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs),” the advisory read in Filipino.
