PHILIPPINE and Chinese ships have been stalking each other in the West Philippine Sea, with the close encounters heightening tensions in the contested waters.
The Philippine Coast Guard’s (PCG) BRP Cabra has been shadowing the China Coast Guard (CCG) ship 3103, which has been sailing close to the coast of Zambales for the past few days.
