MANILA, Philippines — A series of smear attacks failed to dislodge ACT-CIS party-list Rep. Erwin Tulfo from his top post in the senatorial race, as he continues to lead 65 other senatorial bets, according to the latest independent, non-commissioned survey conducted by Oculum Research and Analytics. The poll showed that 7 out of 10 Filipino adults would vote for Tulfo in the May 12 midterm elections or 70.8 percent. Some netizens also said that they would vote for Tulfo even if he is being criticized by some groups.
