MANILA, Philippines — Two Commission on Elections (Comelec) commissioners will retire on Monday, February 3, after serving their seven-year term.
“We have two retiring commissioners. We already held our farewell and retiring ceremonies. By Monday we have only four commissioners,” said Comelec Chairman George Erwin Garcia over the weekend.
