Three weather systems will prevail over parts of the country on Friday, Feb. 14, causing cloudy skies, rain showers and thunderstorms, state weather bureau Pagasa said.
In it 5 a.m. advisory, Pagasa said that the Shear Line will be affecting extreme Northern Luzon, the Easterlies will affect the eastern sections of Luzon and Visayas while the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) will bring isolated rains over Mindanao.
