Three weather systems still continue to bring cloudy skies, rain showers and thunderstorms across the Philippines, state weather bureau Pagasa said before dawn on Sunday.
In its 4 a.m. weather advisory, Pagasa said that Shear Line is affecting Extreme Northern Luzon, the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) prevails over Southern Mindanao, and the Easterlies is affecting the rest of the country.
