Several parts of the Philippines will continue to have cloudy skies with rain showers as multiple weather systems prevail across the country, especially in the northern and southern parts of the archipelago.
In its 4 a.m. weather bulletin on Wednesday, state weather bureau Pagasa said the shear line will bring scattered rain showers and thunderstorms to mainland Cagayan, Isabela, Quirino, and Aurora in northern Luzon.
