Several parts of the Philippines will have cloudy skies with scattered rains and isolated thunderstorms as three weather systems prevail across the country, state weather bureau Pagasa said before dawn on Saturday.
In its 4 a.m. weather advisory, Pagasa said that the shear line affecting Southern Luzon and Visayas and the northeast monsoon (amihan) is prevailing over the rest of Luzon, bringing cloudy conditions with isolated rains and thunderstorms.
