MANILA, Philippines — Former president Rodrigo Duterte will undergo booking procedure at the Camp Crame headquarters of the Philippine National Police, after his arrest at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport Tuesday.
A police source said the arrest warrant was served to Duterte by Anthony Alcantara, special envoy on Transnational Crime under the Office of the President.
