MANILA, Philippines — Except for isolated rain showers and thunderstorms, areas in Luzon and the Visayas will be experiencing generally-fair weather due to the easterlies, the state weather agency said on Thursday.
Weather specialist Robert Badrina of the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said there were no sightings of any tropical cyclones in the coming days.
