MANILA, Philippines — Vice President Sara Duterte met with her father, former president Rodrigo Duterte, who had been brought to the Netherlands after his arrest.
He was arrested on Tuesday based on a warrant from the International Criminal Court (ICC) which had investigated him in connection with the drug war that was implemented during his presidency.
