MANILA, Philippines — Sen. Imee Marcos has invited Justice Secretary Jesus Remulla and other concerned top officials to shed light on the arrest of former president Rodrigo Duterte by the International Criminal Court (ICC).
The senator is set to conduct on Thursday an inquiry on Duterte’s arrest to determine whether due process was followed when he was turned over to the ICC to face trial for alleged crimes against humanity.
