MANILA, Philippines — Victims of the “War on Drugs” of former president Rodrigo Duterte are encouraged to submit their views and concerns in the International Criminal Court (ICC) case against him.
In a statement on her X platform on Saturday, the court’s assistant to counsel, Kristina Conti, said this “peculiar feature” of the ICC protects victims’ interests.
