Most parts of Luzon, including Metro Manila will have generally weather condition with isolated light rains, the national weather agency Pagasa said early Monday morning.
Pagasa’s weather specialist Rhea Torres said the weather condition is due to the easterlies or winds that pass through the Pacific Ocean and carry humid, warm temperature, which is also affecting Western Visayas, Northern Samar and Eastern Samar.
