MANILA, Philippines — The Commission on Elections (Comelec) will revert the system of voting in Myanmar from online to postal following a devastating magnitude 7.7 earthquake.
Chairman George Erwin Garcia said on Wednesday that there were only over 200 registered Filipinos in Myanmar.
