MANILA, Philippines — A 24/7 command center where the Commission on Elections (Comelec) can get real-time technical reports that could disrupt the conduct of the polls in May from its staff on the field was set up at the Paranaque Integrated Terminal Exchange (PITX), according to its main service provider.
“Our goal is zero downtime,” said Andrew Shim, Miru Systems Inc. project managing director.
