Disqualification charges will be filed against Pasig City congressional candidate Christian “Ian” Sia today, the Commission on Elections (Comelec) said Wednesday.
Comelec Chairman George Erwin Garcia said that Sia will be charged for alleged violation of the poll body’s anti-discrimination and fair campaigning guidelines.
