MANILA, Philippines — The Commission on Filipinos Overseas (CFO) on Monday warned the public against using fake CFO certificates to travel abroad.
The warning came after the Bureau of Immigration (BI) intercepted on April 8 and 10, 2025 two Filipinos who presented fake CFO digital certificates.
