MANILA, Philippines — Former Manila mayor Francisco “Isko Moreno” Domagoso is poised for a major political comeback, leading the latest Tangere mayoral survey with a commanding 51% support among Manila voters.
The survey, conducted from April 19 to 20 with 1,500 respondents, showed Moreno is significantly ahead of incumbent Mayor Honey Lacuna, who garnered 37%.
