MANILA, Philippines — Aspiring migrants were warned by the Commission on Filipinos Overseas (CFO) against fraudulent schemes promising fast and guaranteed overseas employment or visa-free travel overseas which could be employed by human trafficking networks.
“We cannot become complacent,” said CFO Secretary Dante “Klink” Ang II as he reminded the public, especially those planning to go overseas, to stay vigilant.
