MANILA, Philippines — The Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) interacted with key players from the American industry to talk about cutting-edge technologies and efforts to enhance capacity-building initiatives during the United States-Asean Business Council (USABC) meeting, the aviation regulator said on Saturday.
CAAP Director General Raul del Rosario and Deputy Director General for Administration Danjun Lucas said the meeting, which took place in Pasay City on Friday was focused on improving the civil aviation sector in the Philippines.
CAAP reaffirmed its commitment to adopting global best practices and fostering strategic international partnerships to meet and exceed the standards set by the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO).
