MANILA, Philippines — Super Typhoon Uwan has made landfall over Aurora province, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said.
“Uwan” made landfall at 9:15 p.m. over the municipality of Dinalungan.
After hitting land, “Uwan” was expected to traverse the mountainous terrain of Northern Luzon and emerge over Lingayen Gulf or the coastal waters of Pangasinan or La Union Monday morning.
