PATHUM THANI, Thailand — The Philippines topped Thailand in a tightly-contested final, 5-3, to defend its crown and bagged the gold medal at the 33rd Southeast Asian Games men’s baseball tournament at the Queen Sirikit Sports Center here Friday.
The Filipinos swept the entire tournament, 7-0.
