Some parts of the Philippines will have cloudy skies with isolated rain showers due to the intertropical convergence zone (ITCZ) and the easterlies, state weather agency Pagasa said early Friday morning.
Pagasa’s 4 a.m. weather advisory said that the ITCZ will affect southern Mindanao while the easterlies will bring cloudy skies with isolated rain showers over the rest of the country.
