Barangay Health and Wellness Partylist Rep. Angelica Co urged the Department of Health (DOH) to turn school clinics into extensions of government health centers to effectively address health issues among students, particularly bullying.
Co added that every school must have a clinic staffed with nurses, guidance counselors, social workers and other health care professionals.
