MANILA, Philippines — The number of fatalities from the capsized Hong Hai 16 in Rizal, Occidental Mindoro rose to nine following the recovery of two more bodies on Sunday. Two remain missing, authorities said.
Jack Motril, Public Information Officer of Rizal, told The Manila Times that a body was recovered at 9:11 a.m. Another was retrieved hours later.
