The case against former president Rodrigo Duterte emanating from his drug war could be expanded to include other charges as victims of rape and torture could also participate, a lawyer said.
As the International Criminal Court (ICC) advances toward its confirmation of charges in September, Filipino human rights lawyer Gilbert Andres said that Duterte may soon face additional complaints beyond mass murder.
