MANILA, Philippines — AT least 22 areas in Luzon will have heat indices under “danger” level including Pangasinan province which was forecast to sizzle at 47 degrees Celsius.
Aurora will bake at 46 degrees Celsius, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said on Wednesday.
