UNOFFICIAL results of today’s midterm elections could be available an hour after voting ends, according to the Commission on Elections (Comelec).
Comelec Chairman George Erwin Garcia said on Sunday it is possible that by 8 p.m. or just one hour after polling precincts close, unofficial results could be known.
