MANILA, Philippines — Election watchdog Legal Network for Truthful Elections (Lente) said Monday that it has monitored technical problems involving automated counting machines (ACM) at the start of the voting period.
Lente said that the reports came from its dedicated volunteers deployed in selected areas around the country to observe and monitor the conduct of the national and local elections.
