Ex-Mexico, Pampanga mayor cited in contempt during House panel probe on illegal drugs

MANILA, Philippines — The House of Representatives’ quad committee cited former Mexico, Pampanga mayor Teddy Tumang in contempt on Wednesday.

Abang Lingkod Rep. Joseph Stephen Paduano, a chairman of the committee, made the motion for “evading” the committee’s queries.
