THE Commission on Elections (Comelec) is concerned that the Supreme Court would hand down new temporary restraining orders (TROs) after it has resumed printing the ballots for the May elections.
Comelec Chairman George Erwin Garcia said over the weekend the poll body is working double time to make up for lost time.
