MANILA, Philippines — Metro Manila and most areas in Luzon will continue to experience colder nights and mornings due to the strong northeasterly winds that blow from the west or the northeast monsoon or amihan, which may also bring isolated light rains, the state-run weather agency said on Tuesday.
Weather forecaster Chenel Dominguez of the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said the country would remain storm-free in the coming days.
