Delhi LG Vinai Kumar Saxena on Tuesday wrote a letter to Chief Minister Atishi, raising objections to Kejriwal’s charges of poisoning the Yamuna water and attempting genocide.
“Misleading charges of poisoning of water and genocide amount to instigating people, endangering national security,” said the LG.
This comes after Aam Aadmi Party accused the ruling BJP in Haryana of “intentionally” draining industrial waste into the Yamuna, with Arvind Kejriwal alleging that it is trying to kill people by mixing “poison” in the river, even as the saffron party threatened to sue the AAP chief for his claim.
