MANILA, Philippines — The Commission on Elections (Comelec) has finished as scheduled the printing of 68,542,564 official ballots that will be used in May.
Comelec Chairman George Erwin Garcia said that the commission would no longer be able to comply if the Supreme Court would come out with another order requiring the inclusion of a candidate in the ballot.
