Azets, a regional accountancy firm and business advisory to SMEs, has announced the promotion of two business advisors to the roles of office managing partner.
Both appointed in South Wales, Sarah Case will head the Cardiff and Monmouth offices while James Dobson will lead the group’s Swansea operations.
The pair have been promoted with the task of extending the growth of Azets, supporting the firm’s clients and colleagues in the process.
A practising chartered accountant, Case specialises in charity finance and governance, for which she has been awarded the ICAEW diploma for charity accounting (DChA).
With 12 years’ experience working at PwC before joining Azets in 2014, Dobson’s expertise in owner-managed businesses and senior management experience will reportedly support the company’s aim to deliver high quality services.
Ian Thomas, regional managing partner at Azets, said that the promotions of both Case and Dobson are “well deserved”, with each bringing “energy to their roles”.
He added: “These appointments highlight what an exciting time it is for Azets in South Wales, with Sarah leading the team in the East and James in the West.
“Our continued growth across the region provides more opportunities for our team, and we look forward to supporting clients old and new in the near future.”
