BEREA, Ohio — The Browns hoped to uproot Baker Mayfield’s flag and send him packing over the weekend, but NFL Draft weekend came and went, and he’s still on the roster.
It’s a good thing GM Andrew Berry said on Friday that the team would “feel fine” if Mayfield is still a Cleveland Brown by the end of the draft, because that’s exactly what happened.
