Not a professional def recommend a home inspector or straight up get a structural engineer to look at it. Dosen’t look too much of a concern as the crack dosen’t extend completely across the wall but the previous repairs to the cmu next to the steel beam is kind of concerning. The steel beam with too much of a dead load above could exert too much pressure on the surrounding wall leading to the cracking.
