An influencer has candidly spoken about her health transformation in a raw Instagram post.
Mia Fevola is a make-up artist and influencer from Melbourne in Australia who boasts 151,000 followers on Instagram.
The 22-year-old is often open about her skin care routines and lifestyle, but now she’s taken it to another level.
In a post on her Instagram Stories, Mia admitted she was the “heaviest, happiest and healthiest” she has ever been.
One photo was from 2017, while the other had been taken fairly recently.
She wrote: “I always see so much emphasis on weight loss on social media and not enough on weight gain.”

She added: “So many people associate weight loss with happiness.
“And I just wanted to say that I am the heaviest, happiest and healthiest I have ever been! For those who need to hear it!”
Last year Mia revealed she had been diagnosed with coeliac disease – a long-term auto-immune disorder.
In an Instagram post, she revealed her fear as she “never realised the seriousness” when she was diagnosed.
Mia wrote: “It’s also the reason why I can’t put on weight.
“My doctor explained that if my body isn’t absorbing nutrients like calcium, my bones will be brittle.
“And by the time I’m 40 it can lead to osteoporosis and other serious health problems.”
The influencer’s weight also saw her targeted with cruel jibes from trolls who would tell her to “just eat something”.
