Brooke Blurton’s former Bachelor co-star Jamie-Lee Dayz competes for her heart on The Bacherlorette

Jamie-Lee Dayz formed a fast friendship with Brooke Blurton when they both starred Nick ‘The Honey Badger’ Cummins’ season of The Bachelor in 2018.

And in a new trailer for The Bachelorette, which will see bisexual Brooke look for love among a group of men and women, Jamie-Lee, 30, admits she’s been in love with her former co-star for years.

‘Brooke and I spent a lot of time together in the house. We just clicked,’ she says.

‘But I think it was as more than friends. For three years, I have wondered if it was just one sided. Now I have a second chance with Brooke.’

She goes on:  ‘She has no idea I am here or what I have to say. I feel like I am really putting myself out there.

‘Maybe she just sees me as a friend. I don’t know how she’s going to react.’

The openly bisexual beauty entered the house as an intruder – and even at the time there was chatter that Brooke and Jamie-Lee were an item.

‘It’s definitely not true. I have a lot of love for Brooke and she’s such a legend but we’re definitely just friends,’ Jamie-Lee told Mamamia recently.

‘Just because there are two bisexual girls in one room doesn’t mean that they’re automatically dating.

Youth worker Brooke, 26, similarly denied the claims, telling OK! Magazine: ‘We developed a really great friendship, but there’s definitely no sexual relationship there. ‘I was there for Nick and that was my focus’.

However, it seems like fans may have cottoned to the chemistry between the pair after all.
