Bukayo Saka has gone viral on TikTok for his hilarios ‘spelling school’ videos during the World Cup in Qatar.
The Arsenal midfielder, who is one of the youngest in the squad at just 21, has scored three goals in the tournament so far.
In between matches, he’s been testing his teammates in a series called ‘Saka’s Spelling School’ and it’s as funny as it sounds…
Saka’s ‘spelling school’ TikToks go viral
In the first episode, he asked England star James Maddison to spell the word aesthetic. However, he didn’t have much hope as Saka couldn’t even say the word.
“Spell aesthetic, aesthetic, however you say it,” he said as the Leicester star starting spelling “A, E, S, T” and thought he’d aced the word.
However, he actually spelled it wrong and Saka happily shouted “WRONG” before then asking Jack Grealish to spell rhythm.
You can hear Maddison jealously asking why he got the “easy word,” but the Man City player still spelled the word wrong.
In the second episode, it was Declan Rice’s turn to spell a word and the clip starts with Saka mocking him for looking nervous.
Then, he asks the West Ham star to spell pronunciation whilst they’re eating a meal and everyone laughs as he also messes it up.
In the next video, he started filming a nervous Marcus Rashford who didn’t realise he was doing the spelling school at first.
“Spell embrasssed,” Saka asked, and the Man United forward thought he nailed the word but actually forgot the double ‘R’.
The final epsiode saw Liverpool star Trent Alexander-Arnold spelling the word entrepreneur, which he repeated in a posh voice.
“The man himself. He’s a bit over confident though,” Saka said, and the cockiness clearly got the better of them as he put a rogue ‘N’ in the middle.
James Maddison has joined in
Maddison clearly loved the spelling bee series because he’s started doing them on his own TikTok too.
He first made Saka attempt his own cruel game, saying: “We all know you can stick it in the back of the net, but what the fans really want to know is can you spell nauseous.”
The footballer added the tense Who Wants To Be a Millionaire music in the background to add a bit of suspense, but Saka smashed the challenge and everyone cheered.
Mason Mount was next on his hit list, who he asked to spell the word occasionally, and the Chelsea star went wrong on the third letter.
He soon realised that it should have been a double ‘C’ and tried to give it another shot, but Madison wasn’t having any of it.
Gareth Southgate’s England squad should definitely stick to the football!
