Why don’t so many self-help, positive thinking, and motivational seminars, books, and audios work, and what can I do to find anything that does?
Some of the factors to consider in any realistic and effective life manifestation programme are as follows:
The individual or people delivering the training, mentoring, and/or coaching must be masters of their own ideologies and living proof that the lessons are effective.
They must provide the information as part of their continual self-expression. If these critical variables are addressed, then you’re off to a solid start.
These are certainly critical considerations, but I’d like you to examine the following:
Here are my opinions on the first item to think about, as well as what may be done to help assure successful life manifestation.
Is the programme tailored to the individual? We are all products of our genetic make-up and societal conditioning, which is why we are where we are now, reacting to our circumstances to get through life. There’s nothing wrong with that if we react the way we want to and don’t let someone or something else decide for us.
If a programme isn’t offered to us at a time and place that is actually convenient for us, chances are we won’t be able to participate fully, if at all. As a result, we’ll finish ourselves right back where we started! And then you can blame the course for not functioning! Because we can then explain our failure and continue down the same path we’ve been on for years; we know this path and it’s familiar to us, so we’re at ease here. We have simply rewarded the behaviour that has led us to this point. That doesn’t help us at all, does it?
Rewind! What prompted us to begin the course in the first place? Answer because we aren’t happy where we are right now! Right?
If we wish to change this tendency, we must be cautious in selecting anything or someone to assist us in helping ourselves.
While it is easy to comprehend that in order to make changes, we must take action and begin modifying the things we do, say, and think, for some of us, this is equivalent to asking us to run before we can walk. It may be simple for some of us, but for others, following the advice in a book, programme, or course may require us to venture too far outside of our comfort zone.
As a result, a personal and convenient programme means that we will be able to succeed at our own speed, help ourselves, and therefore achieve success.
As you are probably aware, “success fosters success,” which means that every time we take a tiny action and see great outcomes, we can realistically imagine ourselves attaining more and more. As a result, I am convinced that software that is more convenient for the user will always be more effective than one that is less convenient for the user.
