This chopped ham pecan salad will quickly become a family favorite!
This chopped pecan ham salad is so easy and addictive! Serve with your favorite crackers, bread or use this ham salad to make sliders. This recipe is perfect for every day or even fancy enough for a wedding shower or brunch. Seriously, I can’t get enough of this dish when I make it. My family loves it.
Chopped Ham Pecan Salad
2 cups of chopped ham
2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1 cup of shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup of chopped pecans
1/2 cup of mayonnaise
1/4 cup of chopped red onion
1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon of smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
Mix all ingredients together and chill for 2 hours. Serve with ritz crackers or on slider rolls. Serves 4-6.
