Chris Hemsworth is known for his epic physique which he maintains by living a healthy lifestyle.
And on Monday, the 38-year-old Thor actor treated fans to a swift workout from his fitness app Centr, to help those who might have indulged a little too much over the Easter weekend.
‘Earn your Easter eggs this Easter and smash out this superset body weight workout,’ he captioned the clip, which saw him burst into a string of high intensity exercises.

The first 30 seconds of the video shows Chris complete a ‘switch’ exercise, which involves squatting and twisting the body.
The second movement is a 20 second ‘plank get-up’, which involves going from a regular plank into a push-up position and repeated.
Following a 20 second rest, Chris then goes into 30 seconds of ‘burpees’ followed by a 20 second ‘toe crunch’.

This is followed by 20 seconds of knee-bending, or a ‘v-sit bent knee’, a 20 second rest and 30 seconds of ‘prisoner squats’.

Chris says that this should be followed by a 60 second rest, and repeated four times for maximum results.
