Frozen pizza fans will know it’s all too easy for your slices to go soggy and floppy.
But thankfully, there’s a way to keep them crisp after you’ve taken them out of the oven.
The trick is to allow steam to disperse from your pizza instead of hanging around and causing moistness.
On Reddit, a foodie advised: “When taking the pizza out of the oven, stack the pizza slices so the crust doesn’t become soggy.
“The gap below the pizza allows the steam to escape.”
The cooking fan shared a picture of the hack in action – and it’s surprisingly easy to do.
The foodie added: “Of course don’t completely stack them.
“Just a little bit so that the crust doesn’t lie flat on the plate.”
Pizza fans appreciated the handy tip – and some had recommendations of their own too.
One Redditor recommended: “Use a rack.”
Another admitted: “Nah. Im too damn lazy. I’d just use my pizza cutter on the pan and eat it.”
A third had a tip for rescuing pizza that had gone soggy too.
A Redditor advised: “Get a large frying pan!
“Heat up the crust then put a small amount of water in the pan (away from the pizza, hence large pan) and cover.
“The steam melts cheese to perfection and the crust is crunchy. Amazing.”
